n for reflection\,\nintrospection\, fasting and prayer. In the Pews News\n
over the six weeks of Lent leading up to Holy Week\nand Easter Day\, it is
planned to include some thoughts\nand reflections based on a ‘package
 ’ devised by Stuart\n\nand Joseph Townend.\n\nYou may know Stuart as a C
hristian song writer – my\nfavourite of his is In Christ Alone.\nClaire
and I will be working together on these little\nofferings and our aim and
sincere hope is\, that they\nwill be thought provoking and helpful – a g
ood\nchannel for personal reflection and challenge.\nIn due course we woul
d love to hear what you feel\nabout the meditations and whether they prove
d\n\nuseful.\n\nA thought for now to ponder on…\ntaken from Elif Shafak
’s book Three Daughters of Eve…\nIn the name of religion they are kill
