 gles\, they can all weigh heavily and cause us to lose\nhope. But whatever
  we face God is with us. Try\nopening yourself to God’s presence today\;
  let Him fill\nyou with love and guide you through the difficulties\n\nyou
  are facing.\n\nLast of ten thoughts during Lent about ‘praying’\nThan
 k you: two small but powerful words. They can\nbe spoken with little thoug
 ht and just become second\nnature. Or in thinking about the people and thi
 ngs we\nare thankful for\, we can cultivate a real spirit of\ngratitude wh
 ich will pervade all we do.\nTake a few moments to dwell on what you have\
