 guests and councillors to gather from 10.05am by the Garden Kitchen café 
 entrance inside the museum.\n10.15am	Parade Marshall will lead the process
 ion in front of the Mayor / Consort with Reverend Beynon and Town Clerk. T
 he councillors and guests will then fall in behind them and process toward
  the entrance of the Museum. \n10.20am	Parade Marshall will introduce the 
 Mayor. Sharon will welcome all and give a brief speech and thank all for c
 oming and then announce the Flag raising.\n10:30	Flag Raised by Ian Jevons
  (WFDC Amenities Officer)\n10.35am	Reverend Melissa to deliver service. \n
 Following the service the standard will be lowered.\nAudio to play from 10
 .45/11.00 (after the service is finished) \nAll invited guests then depart
  and gather at St Annes for light refreshments.
