DESCRIPTION:Join our new sessions for families – Saturday Mornings at Yo
 rk Minster – and get hands creating wreaths before joining the Act of Re
 membrance.\n\nFor this Remembering themed event\, families are invited to 
 a morning where we thank God for all the people we love\, and to remember 
 that we are each loved and remembered by God.\n\nFamilies are invited to c
 ome at any time during the free 45 minute event\, which starts at 10am\, a
 nd stay for as long or as little as they like.\n\nThe new sessions run thr
 oughout the year and explore the seasons in the Christian calendar\, with 
 different interactive opportunities each time including craft workshops\, 
 sensory activities\, music and worship.\n\nThe session forms part of a Sea
 son of Remembrance at York Minster which includes the Feast of All Saints 
 Day on Wednesday 1 November\, a day to remember those who have died on All
  Souls’ Day on Thursday 2 November\, the observation of the national two
  minutes’ silence on Saturday 11 November at 11am\, and the annual servi
 ce of Thanksgiving and Commemoration for Remembrance Sunday on 12 November
 .
