DESCRIPTION:The Annual Vestry meeting will be held at St. Mary's Church\, 
 Hemingbrough on \nSunday 21st of April 2024 at 12pm for the election of th
 e Church wardens.\n\nAnyone over 18 years old and a resident of the eccles
 iastical parish is entitled to vote at this meeting.\n\nThis will be immed
 iately followed by The Annual Parochial Church Meeting \nfor the election 
 of Parochial representatives of the laity as follows:\nTo the Deanery Syno
 d\nTo the Parochial Church Council\n	\nFor the election of Sides persons.\
 n\nFor the consideration of: \n	(a) a copy of the Roll\;\n	(b) an Annual R
 eport on the proceedings of the Council\;\n	(c) an Annual Report on the fi
 nancial affairs of the parish\;\n	(d) The audited Accounts of the Council 
 for the year ending on the\n		31st December immediately preceding the meet
 ing\;\n	(e) An audited Statement of the funds and property of the Council\
 ;\n	(f) A Report upon the fabric\, goods and ornaments of the churches of 
 the parish\;\n	(g) A Report on the proceedings of the Deanery Synod\nand (
 h) Other matters of parochial or general Church interest.\n\nAll persons w
 hose names are entered upon the Church Electoral Roll of the parish (and s
 uch persons only) are entitled to vote at the election of parochial repres
 entatives of the laity.\n\nA person is qualified to be elected a parochial
  representative of the laity to the deanery synod if:\n	(a) their name is 
 entered on the church electoral roll of the parish\;\n	(b) they are a memb
 er of the Church of England who is confirmed or ready and desirous of bein
 g confirmed and has received communion according to the use of the Church 
 of England or a \nChurch in communion with the Church of England at least 
 three times during the twelve months preceding the date of the election\; 
 and\n	(c) they are of 18 years or upwards.\n\nA person is qualified to be 
 elected a parochial representative of the laity to the parochial church co
 uncil if: \n	(a) their name is entered on the church electoral roll of the
  parish\; and\n	(b) they are a member of the Church of England who is conf
 irmed or ready and desirous \nof being confirmed or a communicant member o
 f a Church in communion with the Church of England and has received Commun
 ion according to the use of the Church of England or a Church in communion
  with the Church of England at least three times during the twelve months 
 preceding the date of the election\;\n	(c) they are of 17 years or upwards
 .\n\nAny person whose name is on the roll may be sides person.
