A very informal get together on the first Sunday of the month, particularly suitable for families with young children (but ALL are welcome!), where we explore the Christian faith in a family-friendly and very accessible way. It is particularly suited to those who cannot get to church for our main services (i.e. on Sunday mornings) or just want to explore what the Christian faith may have to offer them and their families - or even if you're uncertain WHAT to believe! This event includes activities for everyone, craft activities for children, discussion time, a short talk, a couple of songs and is followed by a sandwich tea time. Intrigued? - come and give it a try!

[email protected] takes place on the first Sunday of each month at 4pm and is usually located in St Peter's Church House (the Church hall) but is occasionally held in the church itself as appropriate.

"Refresh!" is an informal evening service, on the second Sunday of the month (except August), which features modern worship music (led by St Peter's Worship Band), a talk which aims to lead us deeper into our faith and a time of associated prayer. The talks range widely over different aspects of the Christian faith and are delivered by both St Peter's Ministers and invited speakers from other churches, including Lay people. The service is followed by light refreshments and the opportunity to chat about what we have heard. Prayer ministry is also available to anyone who would like someone to pray with them.

Although "Refresh!" may be of particular interest to people who prefer modern worship music, it IS open and accessible to all. Our attendees have ranged in age so far from about 8 to over 80 so please don't feel you would be out of place!

"Refresh!" usually takes place in St Peter's Church House (the Church hall) but may also be held in the church itself as appropriate.
