DESCRIPTION:Remembering\, Prayers and Thanksgiving\nSunday 1st November\,
11.30am\, after the service of Holy Communion at St Martin Church\, Burton
Agnes.\nIn the days following the death of someone we love\, we can find
ourselves in a kind of shock\, simply going through the motions as we try
to cope with our loss. Even the day of the funeral itself can sometimes f
eel like a blur.\nWith this in mind\, we warmly invite family and friends
to join us for a quiet\, reflective time of Remembering\, Prayers and Than
ksgiving.\nThis is an opportunity to pause\, to remember those we love who
have died\, and to give thanks for all they have meant to us and continue
to mean in our lives. We will light a candle in their memory and hold th
em\, and one another\, in prayer.\nThere may be a few tears\, and that is
perfectly okay. This is not a service about sadness alone\, but one of lov
e\, gratitude and hope. It is a gentle space to remember\, to give thanks
\, and to find comfort in the love that remains.\nWe would be very glad to
welcome you\, whether your loss is recent or dates back many years. If y
ou are unable to join us in person\, please know that you and those you lo
ve will be remembered in our prayers.\nIf you are unable to attend but wou
ld like a name\, or names\, to be remembered and candles lit in their memo
ry\, we would be very pleased to do this for you. Equally\, if you would
like to attend and would appreciate further details\, please do get in tou
