Encouraging Birds, Bees and Butterflies to your Garden
A Talk by Genevieve Broad
Year 2 of the Save Our Haughley Swifts project is the year we concentrate on sustaining the Swift population. We need to encourage more insect life for the swifts to eat.
Every patch of ground, every garden, can be used to good effect. Genevieve is the Biodiversity Officer at Suffolk Biodiversity Information Service and will talk about things that will support insect life and more in our gardens and green spaces - ponds or bogs, solitary bee homes, long and short grass, compost heap, wild flowers and garden plants which are good for pollinators, climbing plants, fences and walls and more!
Saturday 22nd February 7pm - 8.30pm at the Church, Haughley
£2.00 suggested donation on entry
