DESCRIPTION:This year we will be celebrating Maundy Thursday slightly diff
 erently to help us re-enact what happened on the first Maundy Thursday. We
  will begin in the church hall with a simple bring and share meal together
 . There will be the (voluntary) opportunity to have your feet washed on ar
 rival\, just as was the case in Jesus’ day.\n\nAt the end of the meal\, 
 we will celebrate a simple service of Holy Communion remembering the Last 
 Supper as we do. We will then make our way to church\, re-enacting Jesus
 ’ journey to the Garden at Gethsemane.\n\nThis will end with a short tim
 e of prayer before the reserved sacrament\, known as the Watch\, with read
 ings from the Bible. People are welcome to stay for as long as they wish u
 ntil 10pm.\n\nThere will be a sign-up sheet in church\, or let the office 
 know you are coming and any dietary requirements
