DESCRIPTION:Easter Eggs represent new life and rebirth. In Medieval times
eating eggs was forbidden during Lent so on Easter Sunday\, tucking into a
n egg was a real treat. This has developed to our custom of eating Chocola
te Easter Eggs on Easter Sunday.\n\nEver mindful that some parents choose
not to give their children a lot of chocolate these days our Easter Egg Hu
nt will consist of children making their own Easter Egg from card and colo
uring pens and then having it hidden to be discovered.\n\nThere will be re
freshments following this activity and some chocolate will be available to
those who can have it.\n\nAll children and families are welcome other you
attend Church regularly or not.\n\nThis event will take place at 3pm.
