 ed by a fireside wine and cheese reception in the Vestry House.\n\nChoral 
 Evensong is one of the great treasures of the Church of England: an inheri
 tance of Scripture\, prayer and music which has shaped Anglican worship fo
 r centuries. In the midst of the noise and haste of London\, it offers a c
 hance to do nothing except listen\, pray and be still.\n\nAt St Giles-in-t
 he-Fields\, we are delighted this year to have appointed ten Choral Schola
 rs\, giving gifted early career singers an opportunity to develop their cr
 aft within the musical life of one of London's historic churches. For our 
 Michaelmas Evensong they join forces with the St Giles Evensong Choir\, th
 e only voluntary choir in central London to sing Choral Evensong every wee
 k.\n\nWhether Evensong is already part of the rhythm of your life\, or whe
 ther you have never attended before\, you are most warmly invited.
