We are given more freedoms and we want to use our freedoms to love and serve our neighbour. Here are the particular changes that we are making in our churches.

We are glad we will be able to start singing again and to encourage one another in song.

Face coverings are no longer required by law but are strongly recommended when attending church services. The Church of England guidance now says, "the government has stated that it “expects and recommends” that people wear face coverings in crowded and enclosed settings to protect themselves and others." This is particularly important when singing.

We understand that others may want to be more or less cautious and out of love, we want to be attentive to others who may want more space and precaution.

Some seating will be back to 'normal', to allow our capacity to increase. There will be an area of socially distanced seating in each church for those who wish to use it.

You are encouraged by the Government to 'check in' using their NHS Covid app. If you are not able to use the app, you can fill in a church Test and Trace form as before. This is not compulsory.
