 ndividual Suffolk Church hold an annual ride and stride event. This involv
 es being sponsored to either walk or cycle or even drive from Suffolk Chur
 ch to Suffolk Church.\nAll 5 Churches in Monks Eleigh Benefice will be tak
 ing part and there should be someone standing by in each Church to sign sp
 onsored forms and offer refreshments as well as a chance to visit our beau
 tiful Churches which will be open from 9am to 6pm.\nAll are welcome and we
 'd love to see you if you decide to visit the Brett Valley.\nAll money rai
 sed will be shared between SHCT and the individual Churches where the spon
 sorship was from
