While the Rev Nigel is not entirely new to this area, having been married several decades ago in this very church, he also recognises a great deal of change in the area. It has been encouraging to have been able to meet people from different walks of life, and he is grateful for the welcome he has already received. Nigel is also an avid biker, and you may well hear his Harley before you see it, as he travels, visiting among the parish. He is looking forward to meeting local people and finding out a little about their lives, as well as being able to welcome those from the local community into our church at St Peter's. Nigel was Licenced on 18th July by the Bishop of Leicester, who appears in the accompanying picture.
