Churn Climate Change Action Group. The next meeting will be on Tuesday 23 February at 8pm where the subject of engaging with our local communities and in global campaigns will be discussed. This is on of the themes of the National Eco Church scheme.

Teatime in the Garden. Weekly online group to share how we are getting on with our Growing in God’s Garden Project. Thursday 25 February at 4.30pm Join in at 4.30pm (for 1 hour). Sessions are open to all. Next session: Thursday, 18 February. The links to join in are: Computer/Phone/Tablet: .

March Pram Service. meeting online with older siblings and friends. Wednesday 10 March at 4pm. Pancake Praise! Family Praise! A short service in preparation for Mothering Sunday. Contact Revd Louise 07837 009 730 for log in details on zoom.

Compline. A short service of night prayer every weekday night at 8pm. The links and codes for these are on the website under the services tab. Phone access is also available.

Lent; The Churn Benefice Lent Leaflet gives details of: My Song is Love Unknown lead by Father Jason, Wednesdays 7.30 -8.30 pm. 6 online sessions beginning on 24th February, looking at some well-known Lent and Easter hymns, and thinking about how the words and the music can help us to grow in our relationship with God. Growing in God’s Garden lead by the Revd. Louise. Over 6 weeks you will make a Lent/Easter garden over 6 weeks meeting others online at: “Teatime in the Garden”, on Thursdays from 25 February at 4.30pm York Courses, Living in Hope lead by the Revd. Midweek Communion. Unfortunately, due to the current virus restrictions we are not able to hold Midweek Communion services in our churches. We hope to restart these as soon as Government guidance allows. The churches will continue to open for private prayer - see other notice for details.
