I hope you’re all well. It was great to have Steve and Liz Allen with us on Sunday and to hear about effective discipleship.
This week we’re looking forward to a number of different events. The second week of the Lent course is on this week, on the theme of identity. If you missed last week, don’t be shy, we’d love you to join.
On both Tuesday and Wednesday, the sessions will start at 7:30pm and last about an hour.
If you would like to attend please get in touch for the Zoom codes.
On Saturday night from 7pm till 8:15pm , we’re having Saturday Night Live: with quizzes, games, challenges…. and lots of fun for everyone. You can also sign in via the Facebook page. If you would like to join us please get in touch for the Zoom code.
I have about 30 copies of the Bible study notes Daily Bread that start from today and run till the end of May. They’re really accessible and practical.
Please let me know if you’d like a copy.
On Sunday, we look forward to Nelson Rodriguez preaching at 10:30am. Nelson is from El Salvador and will be preaching in Spanish, with a translation into English. We look forward to it.
The following week is Mothering Sunday (14th March). We’re hoping to deliver some daffodils to members of the congregation as a way of reconnecting. And on the 21st welcome Bishop Paul to our zoom service.
Looking further ahead, Spring Harvest will be happening online this year. Here’s what Spring Harvest have to say:
Our theme for 2021 is ‘Unrivalled: Why we worship’ and we’ll be exploring why we worship which starts with who we worship.
A ticket is just £55 to access Spring Harvest Home on two devices (laptop, desktop or smartphone) this year. However, with our £75 Spring Harvest Home 21 Plus ticket, you’ll be able to watch on three devices and can take advantage of a unique offer: a one-year subscription to EC-GO as part of the deal.
