COVID-19 Coronavirus update: Services for March 2021

27 Feb 2021, 1:30 p.m.
Church_news Easter Lent Notices

Sadly our choir conductor and organist, Linda Hewlett, has broken her arm and will be unable to accompany services for the time being.  We wish her a full and speedy recovery and hope she will soon be back with us.

We are pleased to confirm that services will continue to take place in church on a regular basis (please scroll down for full details).  In addition to our regular bi-weekly alternating services of Matins and Evensong, we are also offering a short traditional service of Compline each Wednesday evening throughout Lent.  We should love to see you at any of these services, but do check before coming as plans may need to be altered at short notice in response to weather conditions or changes in government restrictions.  We hope to be able to offer at least one service over Easter, either on Easter Eve, or Easter Sunday (3rd/4th of April) . Arrangements will be posted here as soon as details are confirmed.

The PCC has undertaken all relevant risk assessments in the light of current Covid-19 restrictions, and is reviewing these regularly.  Measures are in place to ensure that all services can proceed as safely as possible*.  Everyone is welcome, but if planning to join us please check here or contact John Phillips (01845 577034) beforehand to check that the service is going ahead;  every effort will be made to accommodate you.
