COVID-19 Coronavirus update: Services for March/April 2021

Church_news Easter Lent Notices

Thankfully our choir conductor and organist, Linda Hewlett, is making steady progress;  her arm is healing and is gradually regaining mobility, though as yet she is still sadly unable to accompany our services.

However our services continue to take place in church on a regular basis (please scroll down for full details).  In addition to our regular bi-weekly alternating services of Matins and Evensong, we are also offering a short traditional service of Compline (the ancient monastic office of Night Prayer), each Wednesday evening throughout Lent.

We are also delighted to welcome back Revd Terry Dyer, who will be with us on Easter Saturday to celebrate Holy Communion at our Easter Vigil (scroll down for details below).

We should love to see you at any of these services, but do check before coming as plans may need to be altered at short notice in response to local conditions or any changes in government restrictions.

N.B. The PCC has undertaken all relevant risk assessments in the light of current Covid-19 restrictions, and is reviewing these regularly.  Measures are in place to ensure that all services can proceed as safely as possible*.  Everyone is welcome, but if planning to join us please check here or contact John Phillips (01845 577034) beforehand to check that the service is going ahead as scheduled;  every effort will be made to accommodate you.
