 e the Baptism of Ryan Hart on the 27th August.\nWork commitments meant thi
 s had to be a mid-week evening service with just his parents and grandpare
 nts as sponsors and witnesses. That in no way detracted from the significa
 nce of his baptism when he chose to publicly declare his faith in God\, an
 d in Jesus Christ as his Saviour. In what was a lovely service we asked Go
 d to wash away past sins and to offer him the gift of eternal life.\nRyan 
 is soon to be a Godparent himself\, and so will you please join us in pray
 ing for him\, and that God empowers him to be a faithful disciple\, to sha
 re God's message of love and hope in the world\, and surround him with the
  Holy Spirit as a constant guide and comforter on his journey.\nThank you.
