PUBLIC WORSHIP IN THE SHORT HEATH PARISH:
As you are probably aware, from this weekend Churches are able to open for Public Worship. Over the past couple of weeks, we have been considering what this will mean for Furzebank Worship Centre and for Holy Trinity; and after much consultation and discussion, we have agreed upon the following:
Furzebank Worship Centre's Sunday Services will remain on-line for the time being and will be posted as usual as a video on this Facebook page and as a PDF document on our web-site. (The Services will also be shared on Holy Trinity's Facebood page.) We will also continue to share on our Facebook page all the different resources for children and young families. In this way we hope to be able to reach those folks who are still social distancing at home as well as working with The Short Heath Federation to keep Rosedale School as safe and as clean as possible during the Pandemic.
Holy Trinity Church will hold a Said Service of Holy Communion each Sunday morning at 9.30 am. This will begin on 12th July and is open to all in our Parish. If you wish to attend the Service at Holy Trinity, please refer to Holy Trinity's Facebook page where you will find details of all the health and safety guidance and procedures.
We hope that through these decisions we will be providing services across the Parish that will meet the needs of as many people as possible - whether they are remaining at home or are able to attend public worship.
