Each year, the Minster is required to hold an annual meeting where those on the church's district roll of members elect their representatives to serve on the District Church Council (DCC) for the coming year.

The Meeting will seek to elect representatives for the Deanery Synod and the Parochial Church Council (PCC).

It will also consider a report on the activities of the church over the previous calendar year.

Please note that financial statements (consolidated for the parish) are presented at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting which takes place within four weeks of the Annual District Meeting.
