With a Good Friday display in the porch at St Luke's, those three crosses in the ground outside the Post Office and an I-Spy in the Churchyard, the Christian community in Tittensor has certainly been witnessing its faith. On Easter Sunday, that display changed to show the empty tomb and a banner telling everyone that Jesus has risen.
The Newsletter covers much of this and tells of the origins of the Easter eggs that now dominate the shelves each year.
We also have news of the long-awaited recruitment of a new vicar, since it is over 15 months since our last vicar left.
As if that wasn't enough, St Luke's will be providing services on Zoom for the next two Sundays, starting on Easter Sunday. The details are in the Newsletter and they are different from previous weeks, so please check them. The 'Digital Doors' open at 9.50 a.m. for a 10.00 a.m. start.
After that, we plan to reopen St Luke's on Sunday 18th April with a service of Holy Communion.
