Holy Communion (followed by Teddy Bears Picnic) at St Luke's at 11.00 a.m. on Sunday 8th August

Occuring
for 1 hour
Venue
St. Luke's Church, Tittensor
Address
Bracken Close Tittensor Stoke-on-Trent, ST12 9JD, United Kingdom

As we pass through the holiday month of August, we meet at St Luke's for Holy Communion. Everybody is welcome at the Lord's Table, whether you wish to receive the bread wafer, a blessing or just want to be there. St Luke's is left decked out for our Summer Cafe, so there are plenty of comfy chairs and a children's play area with toys near the front, well away from the doors. We are still wearing masks, using sanitiser and making sure that we keep our distance so that we can all feel safe.

St Luke's is open from around 10.30 a.m. on Sunday 8th August and the service begins at 11.00 a.m.

We will not be taking the wine since covid conditions make it unsafe to share the common cup that we normally use.

The service will be streamed on YouTube, Facebook and, best of all, on our dedicated website at www.stlukestittensor.church. We expect to start streaming around 10.45 a.m. and a recording will be available on these pages as soon as possible.

The BIG BONUS is the Teddy Bears picnic we are having straight after the service. Either in the church grounds, if the weather is fine, or in the church, with chairs and tables, our Teddy Bears will be able to spend lunchtime together. Bring your own picnic and let your Bear meet other bears again.
