St Bartholomew, Burwash

Burwash church warmly welcomes all visitors.  People often come to the church as part of a visit to Bateman's, the famous National Trust property.  We love to see your nice remarks in our visitors' book.

With the pandemic continuing, we still have to be careful, but we are steadily returning to something like normal.  We have coffee together after Sunday service and it's so nice to welcome folk from all over the world.  We have returned to re-opening every day for you to visit, pray and meditate. 

We are delighted to have a new Rector from 20 December, when he will be officially licensed.

Blessing of donated toys and the crib. The toys will be passed on to Family Support Work for distribution.
This will be the same weekend as the Christmas Tree Festival, so there'll be a very merry scene of colour and scent of pine!
