Bulletin for St James's, St Giles's and St Mark's - 22 March 2021

Dear Friends,

Our return to church for public worship has gone quite smoothly and the Covid protocols have been observed to keep us safe.

PALM SUNDAY (28<sup>th</sup> March)– Jesus enters the city of Jerusalem

9.30am Blessing of Palms and Communion at St James’s, Ewhurst Green

11.15am Blessing of Palms and Communion at St Mark’s, Staplecross

MAUNDAY THURSDAY (1st April) - Jesus gathers his friends for the Last Supper

7.30pm The Eucharist of the Last Supper at St James’s, Ewhurst Green

GOOD FRIDAY (2<sup>nd</sup> April) – Jesus suffers and dies on the cross of Calvary

9.30am Readings and Reflections on the Cross at St James’s, Ewhurst Green

11.15am Readings and Reflections on the Cross at St Giles’s, Bodiam

EASTER DAY (4<sup>th</sup> April)– the risen Christ appears to Mary in the garden

9.30am Easter Communion at St James’s, Ewhurst Green (with a display of quirky hens!)

11.15am Easter Communion followed by distribution of eggs at St Giles’s, Bodiam
