Advent Study Groups - Hurry to ensure your place on this course!!
Is there a better way of preparing for Christmas during this lock down period, than to
join an Advent Study Group? There are four opportunities to join a group. All groups l be meeting via Zoom and this is also possible via the telephone as well as the</span>
Internet. Fr. Keith, Fr. Neill, Fr. David and our reader Keith Lelliott will lead the
groups with an assistant leader.
We will be using the ‘Light in the Darkness’ materials, from the Diocese of Sheffield.
It speaks to our present situation, and encourages us to reflect upon it, while looking
forward in hope. It is simple in structure, has a good engagement with holy scripture,
and we are confident that it will facilitate prayer and stimulate fruitful discussion.
The material itself is free, and comes in a printable PDF format.
Full course details and joining instructions will be provided once you have registered. Please register for one of the following groups by emailing or telephoning Fr. Keith: [email protected] Tel: 01903 520717
If possible giving a first and second choice.
Starting the week of the 23rd November
Please let Fr. Keith or the Wardens know if you have a personal pastoral concern or may know of someone in need.
Gill, Janice, Ruth and Geoff.
