DESCRIPTION:Maundy Thursday Holy Communion Service\nWe gather to celebrate
  the Institution of Holy Communion as we recall the events of The Last Sup
 per and Jesus' final commandment (mandate - maundy) of love for one anothe
 r.  We come together in love and share together the bread and the wine\, a
 s Jesus instructed us to 'do this in remembrance of me'.   \nThe service i
 ncludes the priest washing the feet of some of the congregation to recall 
 what Jesus did at the Last Supper.\nTowards the end of the service we reca
 ll the shadows of that event and the altar communion table is stripped and
  we are invited to 'Watch and Pray' with Jesus\, as he did in the Garden o
 f Gethsemane.   The Watch will conclude at 9pm.\nWe depart the church in s
 ilence.\nIncense is used at this service.
