All Saints Update 24th March

Dear Friend,

I never thought I would have to write these words but I am writing to let you know, what I imagine you have already understood, that the historic parish church of Loughborough is now closed. Like every other organisation, community and family group we must do as we are being asked and do all that we can to slow down the spread of the coronavirus.

The church building may have had to temporarily close her doors but the Church, the body of Christ, is alive and well and we intend to keep on supporting one another and our local community.

This is the first of our regular email updates during the current crisis, which I hope includes information that you might find helpful. If at any point you would prefer not to receive these emails please contact [email protected] to opt out.

So a few bits of news to help us stay connected.....

Please email Emma who is editing the videos on [email protected]

You can download the order of service and music sheet from our website:

Little Saints worship is being led and put together by Bridget Thornhill and family. If you would like to contribute or get more details of the resources that Bridget is using please contact her on [email protected]

Pastoral Care and Staying Connected

Over the coming few days, Revd. Mark Carroll and myself will be endeavoring to call everyone who is a part of the worshiping congregation of All Saints both to see how people are doing but also to ascertain what support might be helpful and to try and connect people who are wanting to do something to help others. If you haven’t heard from us by the end of the week and would like to be in regular contact with someone from the church please send your contact details to [email protected] so she can add you to our database and we will be in touch.

If you have any concerns about church life, or want to connect over working together to keep our community safe and well, do please drop me a line.

Best Wishes
