 Gargrave at 9am and calling for coffee at the Airton Friend's Meeting Hous
 e\, lunch at Kirkby Malham (bring your own pack-up to eat at St Michael's 
 or have lunch at the Vic)\, and an afternoon cuppa at Coniston Cold villag
 e hall before returning to Gargrave around 5pm. A gentle walk of 14 miles 
 which can be done in sections. Dogs (on leads) are welcome. For further de
