We may not have been able to celebrate Christingle in church this year but we distributed Christingle bags to some of our congregation who have been unable to attend church recently due to shielding, ill health etc to let them know we were thinking of them. We also had an online Christingle service which was lovely. If you would like to donate to the work of the Children's Society or find out more about what they do, you can do so directly via their website (https://www.childrenssociety.org.uk/how-you-can-help/donate). If you have been saving pennies in your Christingle candle, we will collect these and forward on to the Children's Society when the church reopens.
