 the Commonwealth War Graves Commission (the CWGC) which commemorates\, at 
 more than 23\,000 locations in over 150 countries and territories\, the 1.
 7 million fallen from Britain and the Commonwealth from the First and Seco
 nd World Wars. Our speaker\, Mike Chapman\, has also promised to weave int
 o his presentation the stories of some of the casualties from those two co
 nflicts who were local to this area.\n\nThere will be no charge for this t
 alk but donations for the work of the CWGC would be much appreciated.\n\nR
 efreshments will be served.
