 ’s traditional devotional performance of Maunder’s wonderful Passionti
 de cantata Olivet to Calvary on Palm Sunday is a great opportunity for loc
 al singers to join the Cathedral Choir in song\, under the direction of th
 e cathedral’s Director of Music Dr Ronny Krippner.\n\nThe rehearsal on t
 he day starts at 3.30pm and finishes at 4.45pm\, after which there will be
  refreshments served in the South Transept of the Cathedral. The Devotiona
 l Performance of the cantata begins at 5.30pm\, finishing at approximately
  6.45pm.\n\nPlease email the music department singing@riponcathedral.org.u
 k and let us know your voice part if you are interested in participating. 
 We are asking for a £5 donation which will go towards the choir. Under 18
 s will need parental consent.\n\nIn order to be able to plan for the event
 \, we ask that you to book a place by emailing singing@riponcathedral.org.
