DESCRIPTION:The Rushcliffe Family Hub is once again running its annual Toy
  Appeal to support local families in need. We invite you to help make this
  Christmas special for children in our community by donating NEW\, unwrapp
 ed toys.\n\nCollection Point:\nSt Mary’s Church\, Plumtree\n(Open daily:
  9:30am – 4:00pm)\n\nCollection Dates:\nWednesday\, October 15th – Mon
 day\, November 24th\n\nWhat to Donate:\n\nNew\, unwrapped toys for childre
 n aged 0–5\nGifts for older siblings up to early teens\nHow It Works:\nT
 oys will be collected from St Mary’s on November 25th and taken to The F
 amily Hub in Bingham to be sorted. On December 12th and 13th\, nominated f
 amilies will be invited to a specially decorated indoor Christmas Market\,
  where they can choose gifts and receive free wrapping. For those unable t
 o travel\, Family Hub staff will deliver gifts directly to their homes.\n\
 nLast Year’s Success:\nWith fantastic support from the Plumtree communit
 y\, 120 children received gifts and books in 2024. Sadly\, the number of c
 hildren identified as needing help has increased this year.\n\nCommunity S
 upport:\nWe are delighted to have the backing of Plumtree School\, Plumtre
 e Parish Council\, Wolds Day Nurseries\, Plumtree WI\, and worshippers at 
 St Mary’s Church.\n\nA festive donation box is located in the Children
 ’s Corner at St Mary’s Church for your contributions.\n\nYour generosi
 ty will help bring smiles and joy to local children this Christmas. Thank 
 you for your continued support!
