 is committed to the flourishing of the wider community?\n\n If so\, you co
 uld be our next Priest in charge.\nThe person we seek will:\n\nCreate path
 ways to faith from enquirers to mature Christians\nDevelop and supervise l
 ay leaders (especially encouraging younger leaders) in leading enquirers g
 roups\nFacilitate opportunities for children and young people to participa
 te in the life of the church\nEncourage the growth of leaders by contribut
 ing to vocational conversations across all ages\nContribute to existing co
 nnections with schools in the parish\nOversee the development of services 
 to complement the existing eucharistic worship\nOversee the development an
 d implementation of our Growing Disciples Plan.\nThis post is an 0.5 Stipe
 ndiary Priest-in-charge (interim) post offered under Regulation 29 (1) (j)
 and (7D) of the Ecclesiastical Offices (Terms of service) Regulations 2009
  as amended. As a result\, before the end of the first three years there w
 ould be a review involving the postholder\, PCC and diocese to assess prog
 ress. The post could be extended for a maximum of another three years. Thi
 s 0.5 post is equivalent to 3 days plus Sundays with a house provided full
