DESCRIPTION:42 cathedrals. 42 days. 2000 Miles. Starting from Bradford the
  UK city of Culture 2025.\n\nLaunched during Bike Week 2021\, the Cathedra
 ls Cycle Route is an almost 2\,000 mile route that travels between all 42 
 English Church of England cathedrals. The annual relay - where riders can 
 take part in individual legs of the route - returns in 2025\, and will sta
 rt at Bradford Cathedral as Bradford celebrates being the UK City of Cultu
 re.\n\nLaunch Event\nThe launch event will be held here on Saturday 24th M
 ay. You are welcome to gather at 10am for refreshments with the opening ev
 ent beginning at 10:30am. The current itinerary is below:\n\nPerformance b

  - to be announced\nThere will then be time for photos and a media call be
 fore the departure at around 11:30am to Wakefield Cathedral via Dewsbury M
 inster.\n\nIf you would like to book on for the free launch event\, click 
 here.\n\n\n\nCycle from Bradford > Wakefield\nThe ride is a total of ar
 ound 20 miles. The distance to Dewsbury Minster is around 12 miles with an
  additional 8 miles to Wakefield Cathedral. Participants in the ride are w
 elcome to cycle some or all of it\, and can return back to the start by tr
 ain from either Dewsbury or Wakefield. We expect riders will leave in wave
 s depending on their availability.\n\nThe cut off time for arrival at Wake
 field Cathedral (for refreshments and welcome) will be around 3:30pm\, whe
 n their evening prayer begins.\n\nIf you would like to book on the ride fr
 om Bradford Cathedral to Wakefield Cathedral you can do this on Eventbrite
 . Further details can be found on the page\, but a small donation per pers
 on is requested. This fee helps the promotion of  the CCR\, cover admin ch
 arges\, and provide cyclists with a unique CCR Stage Finisher medal!\n\n(I
