 offee Time Concerts are delighted to welcome back the outstanding oboist K
 atherine Bryer\, returning after her exceptionally well received recital i
 n 2024. A London based musician admired for her rich tone\, versatility an
 d imaginative programming\, Katherine is a recent graduate of the Royal Co
 llege of Music\, supported by the Derek Butler and Countess of Munster Tru
 sts. Her career already spans an impressive range of orchestral\, solo and
  cross disciplinary work\, with performances across the UK and abroad\, in
 cluding appearances as Principal Oboe with the Bombay and Brixton Chamber 
 Orchestras. Her solo engagements have taken her to festivals nationwide\, 
 and in 2024 she premiered a new cor anglais concerto\, Fractured Fairytale
 s.\nJoining her is the acclaimed Irish pianist Peter Regan\, praised in th
 e Irish Times as “a major talent” and celebrated for performances in v
 enues from Carnegie Hall to the National Concert Hall Dublin. His career e
 mbraces concerto appearances\, chamber music\, festival performances and b
 roadcasts on RTÉ.\nTheir programme brings together Marcello’s expressiv
 e Oboe Concerto\, Mozart’s radiant Oboe Concerto\, and Poulenc’s poign
 ant and playful Oboe Sonata — a wonderfully varied hour of music.\nAs al
 ways\, refreshments will be served\, and all are warmly invited to join us
  for this uplifting mid morning concert.
