Three out of our six nests for house martins have been occupied this year with eggs hatched and the young ones fledged. There must be many more locally as lots can be seen on the telephone lines some mornings preparing for their emigration. On the subject of wildlife, badgers have been seen down the track by the pond, robins are singing in the hedgerows and rabbits and squirrels are keeping dogs and their walkers excited. Nature is carrying on as normal around Cadmore End.
