DESCRIPTION:Our Family Communion service is a celebration of the Eucharist
 \, an ancient name (from the Greek word for 'thanksgiving') widely used to
 day for the service that is otherwise known as the Holy Communion\, the Lo
 rd's Supper or Mass. The Eucharist is a service in which Christians follow
  Jesus' command to his followers\, to share bread and wine in remembrance 
 of him. This is a family service where all are most welcome. It is held in
  Cropredy on the first Sunday of each month and is usually led by our Vica
 r\, the Revd Canon Sarah Fenby. Refreshments are served afterwards in the 
 church and all are invited to join in and mix socially.
