DESCRIPTION:Art exhibition\nAt Thorpe Market Church we want to invite you 
 to our Snowdrop Sundays – this year on the 2nd\, 9th\, 16th & 23rd Febru
 ary between 12 & 4pm. On the Sundays we will be running our snowdrop café
  with lovely homemade cakes and hot and cold drinks. There is ample parkin
 g and you are sure of a welcome in the warm church by our wonderful volunt
 eers. There will be an art exhibition by different artists on each weekend
  as well as the chance to browse the second-hand books and relax with frie
 nds over hot drinks and our famed home-made cakes before (or after or both
 !) a gentle walk around the churchyard to see our annual display of nature
 ’s early flowering – the snowdrops. the Wherry Trust will be with us t
 o promote their work to preserve the Broads wherry cruisers.\nOur artists 
 this year\, who are showing on both the Saturday and Sunday of the snowdro
 p weekends\, are: \nSaturday 1st & Sunday 2nd February - Julie Brooks and 
 Idris Walters will be exhibiting a selection of artworks 11am – 4pm show
 casing a range of styles combining observation and imagination\, with insp
 iration drawn from the ever-changing colours and moods of the landscapes a
 nd seascapes of North Norfolk and beyond. There will be paintings\, pastel
 s\, prints and cards for sale. Ann Bradfield will also be presenting some 
 of her craft items.\n\nSaturday 8th & Sunday 9th February - Amanda Springa
 ll-Rogers will be showing alongside two other painters and a textile artis
 t. Amanda’s work reflects the beauty\, wonder and detail of the natural 
 world.\n\nSaturday 15th & Sunday 16th February – Rosalie Osborne-Gibb ex
 hibits regularly at St Margaret’s and we are pleased to welcome her once
  again. With her love and inspiration of coast and countryside\, from surf
  and sunsets to wildlife and landscapes\, she will be showing the many asp
 ects of her art in a bright and colourful exhibition. More about Rosalie i

 February – East Coast Artz a group of local artists\, who have regular e
 xhibitions at the church\, will be showing a diverse range of paintings\,

 ed by the local environment.\nDavid Wright will also have some of his amaz
 ing wire sculptures on show\, some in place within the churchyard.\nThere 
 will also be musical interludes from Alan Morris on the church’s Norwich
  organ and maybe the odd guest singer.
