9.30 am Please all gather for Blessing of Palm Crosses and Procession outside the School on Guildford Road at 9.30 a.m. I shall bless the Palms, and we shall pray and sing hymns as public witness of our Christian faith and recall the events of that first Palm Sunday. In our prayer and imagination, we are entering into Jerusalem, and as we hear the Passion according to St Mark and the mood swings towards the events of Christ’s Passion. We shall process from outside the Church School along Guildford Rd, Exeter Drive, Land Lane, cross over the Zebra Crossing on East Hill and into the Church.
