  the iconoclasm of the Byzantine emperor Leo III (675 - 741 AD)\, and Nich
 olas Ferrar (1592 - 1637)\, who lost a fortune with the Virginia Company\,
  retired with his family to Little Gidding\, Huntingdonshire\, and founded
  an informal spiritual community which is celebrated in TS Eliot's poetry 
 (Four Quartets).   All are welcome either in person or on the livestream.
