  a.m. as we celebrate Low Sunday\, the second of Easter.  This is the Sund
 ay when we hear of the doubts which Thomas has about the authenticity of J
 esus' resurrection\, as he is not present on the evening of the first day 
 of the week\, when Jesus appears to the disciples.  Thomas\, very reasonab
 ly\, wants to touch the marks of the nails in Jesus' hands and put his han
 d in the spear wound in his side\, otherwise he will not believe.  Thomas 
 is so convincing\; like the vast majority of us\, he says that 'seeing is 
 believing'.   Jesus observes that faith is so much stronger than this.  \n
