 rch was consecrated in 1885 by the Bishop of St Alban's and was the major 
 project of Joseph Maltby Bignall\, who along with his brother worked in th
 e architectural practice of Sir George Gilbert Scott\, designer of St Panc
 ras Station\, and you can find features at St Michael's reminiscent of tha
 t remarkable place.  All are welcome.  Photography is permitted.
