DESCRIPTION:Come and join us to celebrate the harvest this Sunday at our P
 arish Mass\, led by Archdeacon Mike\, as we mark the beginning of the seas
 on of autumn.  In the east of London\, it is good to be reminded each year
  of those who plough\, scatter the seed and harvest the crops each year so
  that we have enough to eat.  A timely reminder also of the many millions 
 who\, usually through war\, cannot harvest their crops and end up with ver
 y little to eat.  Our second reading (Revelation 14: 14-18) reminds us of 
 the end of the world when Our Lord himself will harvest the earth\, and in
  the gospel he declares that he is the bread of life who satisfies all hun
 ger. \n\nAs is our custom\, instead of food donations\, we will send our c
 ollection to Haven House Children's Hospice who\, like all hospices\, are
