 .  The Mass will start with the blessing of the White Ensign from the 1948
  sailing of HMT Empire Windrush\, which brought so many from the Caribbean
  to live and work in the UK.  We celebrate their amazing contribution to o
 ur national life\, and their faithfulness as members of many congregations
 \, including that of St Michael's.  The Mass will be followed by a bring-a
 nd-share lunch in the Parish Centre.  All are welcome!
