 al based on either a Lamb or Vegetable Stew framed by a service of  Holy C
 ommunion\, with a Reflection from our Curate\, the Rev Noah Cockett. Then 
 the Rector\, recalling how Jesus did this at the Last Supper\, washes anyo
 ne's feet who wishes them washed. After we've cleared up the meal we go ov
