Join us for half an hour on a Friday morning for a small informal prayer group. We are currently praying for God’s guidance and support as we search for a new Rector in the Benefice.
Please note that, on 17 October, this group will be held in the Vicarage School Room.
Silent prayer and gentle Bible reading and listening. Rooted in the Christian tradition and open to people of any or no faith. All are welcome.
Bring along your items for mending and a team of fixers will be available to perform straightforward repairs while you wait. No charge, but donations towards costs are gratefully received. Or just come along and enjoy refreshments in the cafe!

Once a month on a Sunday morning we have a 40 minute service to begin Sunday.
The Revd Rebecca McDonnell’s Licensing will be at St Mary’s Church on Thursday 29 January at 7:00pm. Following on, there will be drinks and finger food in the Vicarage School Room. Everyone welcome!
On the 5th Sunday of the month, the 3 churches of the Benefice come together to share Holy Communion. The service takes place at either 10am (when in St Mary's Gillingham) or 10:30am (when in St Simon & Jude, Milton on Stour or St Nicholas, Silton).
This is the only service in the benefice this Sunday morning and everyone from the three parishes is encouraged to attend to demonstrate our unity, fellowship and love for one another in Christ as a single benefice.
On 30 November 2025, the service will be held at St Simon and St Jude, Milton on Stour at 10:30am.
