At St Luke’s\, we try to combine an accessible\, informal and friendly church community with some of the mo re traditional things you might associate with church and the Christian fa ith – such as robes\, liturgy (prayers and responses) and various symbol s.\n\nIf adults or children need to use multi-sensory resources to help fe el comfortable\, stay focused and engaged these are available at the back\ , including ear defenders\, sensory aids\, fidget toys\, rosary prayer bea ds and holding crosses. We also have some mindfulness colouring resources and felt pens.\n\nAll the words of our service\, including songs\, are dis played on the screens and Rev. Nick will guide us through the parts to joi n in – feel free to say these as loud as you wish!\n\nChildren and young people can participate in activities and discussions related to the sermo n. We sit together at the front of the church so everyone can see and hear . Children are encouraged to move around the church freely and safely\, wi th access to our dedicated family sofa zone for additional activities.
