 ital funds to support the almost 3.5 million people in the UK who are livi
 ng with cancer.\n\nYou are invited to St John's Church Hall on Friday 18th
  September between 10 am and 12 noon. We ask that you enjoy a drink and do
 nate the cost of your drink to Macmillan Cancer Support.\n\nThe first Macm
 illan Coffee Morning happened in 1990. It was a small affair with a simple
  idea: guests would get together for coffee and donate the cost of their d
 rink to Macmillan. It was so effective\, the charity did it again the foll
 owing year - only this time nationally. Now Coffee Mornings come in all sh
 apes and sizes from small home gatherings to large corporate events\; scho
 ol fundraisers to a gathering with a local community group.\n\nAt St John'
 s we are pleased to be supporting this very deserving cause. If you are ab
 le to donate cakes or items for a raffle that would also be appreciated. P
