<div>NOTICE IS GIVEN that we are applying to the Consistory Court of the diocese for permission to carry out the following:</div>


<div>Demolition of existing single storey link to the current 'Millennium Room' Annexe, and the construction of a replacement enlarged link (infill extension, between the main church building and the Millennium Room), to provide meeting room facilities (one larger room or two subdivided rooms), an Accessible WC cubicle and two further WC cubicles, kitchen facilities, and fitted storage units. All as described in the following documents:</div><div>(A) Statement of Significance dated 22nd January 2020;</div><div>(B) Statement of Needs dated 23 June 2020;</div><div>(C) statement on storage by E Stoneham, Churchwarden and verger, dated November 2019;</div><div>(D) presentation by the St Peter’s Mission Action Plan (MAP) Resources Group);</div><div>(E) statements from Carden & Godfrey Architects (Heritage Statement, Design & Access Statement, Street Scene Assessment, and Village Design Assessment) all dated May 2020;</div><div>(F) further statement (in response to DAC comments received on 24th July 2020) from Carden & Godfrey Architects dated 04.09.20;</div><div>(G) fifteen drawings from Carden & Godfrey Architects, ref 7101/201A, 7101/211, 7101/221, 7101/222, 7101/300, 7101/301B, 7101/302, 7101/303, 7101/311A, 7101/312A, 7101/321A, 7101/322A, 7101/331A, 7101/332A, and 7101/333A, all dated 04.09.20;</div><div>(H) Specification & Schedule of Work from Carden & Godfrey Architects dated June 2020;</div><div>(I) Door Schedule and Ironmongery Schedule from Carden & Godfrey Architects;</div><div>(J) three drawings from CTP Consulting Engineers ref 7053-001 P2, 7053-002 P2, and 7053-010 P1, dated 04.09.2020;</div><div>(K) Installation proposal from Hacel Lighting Ltd, ref 15311, dated 18.06.2020.</div>
